It is said that Veer is Salman’s Dream Project (as he almost doubled his weight for maintaining historical accuracy:), and so our expectations seems logical.. Veer songs are out and I can’t wait to give them a listen.. The song ‘Taali Mar’ is in news as it’s the costliest song, ever made in bollywood. BTW, the songs are tuned by Sajid-Wajid with lyrics from Gulzar.
Veer is an upcoming movie starring Salman Khan, Mithun Chakraborty, Lisa Lazarus, Jackie Shroff, Sohail Khan and Neena in pivotal roles. The story was written by Sallu Mia about 20 years ago and, now the dream has come true, it’s being directed by the Anil Sharma (Director of Gadar). My expectations are very high, lets hope the Wanted (IPS officer) strikes again when released on 22 January 2010…

Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani is an upcoming romantic comedy film which stars Ranbir Kapoor, Katrina Kaif and Upen Patel in lead roles with Salman Khan making a special appearance. The promos are really interesting, feeling like this movie should also be a super hit when released on 6 November 2009. BTW, Music is composed by Pritam, and is appearing great (the buzz echos that:).

Rocket Singh:Salesman of the Year is directed by Shimit Amin of Ab Tak Chappan and Chak De! India fame. Ranbir Kapoor plays the title role in the film whereas debutant Shazahn Padamsee, daughter of advertisement guru Alyque Padamsee plays the female lead. The film also stars VJ and actress Gauhar Khan and singer/theater personality Sharon Prabhakar.
The film is about a salesman named Rocket Singh (Ranbir Kapoor) who is doing great at his work. How he slowly becomes a conman and how he starts operating a parallel company within the same company in which he is working without the knowledge of others forms the story of RocketSingh.
Rocket Singh is written by Jaideep Sahni. The film is his second outing with director Shimit Amin, the former being the super successful ‘Chak De! India’.
Rocket Singh is produced by Aditya Chopra under the banner of Yash Raj Films. Salim-Sulaiman has scored the music and Vikash Nowlakha has handled the camera forthe film.
